What You’ll Do:
As an Unarmed Security Guard, you’ll play a key role in
ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for patrons, staff, vendors,
and performers. You’ll work front and center at live events, providing
exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of
professionalism and situational awareness.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly,
helpful attitude
- Conduct bag and belongings searches in a
courteous and professional manner
- Operate weapons detection systems
(magnetometers, handheld wands, etc.)
- Communicate effectively using two-way radios
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing
support and assistance to patrons, vendors, and first responders
- Enforce venue rules and regulations while
maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Observe and report any suspicious activity,
hazards, or incidents
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong sense of professionalism,
integrity, and responsibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound
decisions in high-pressure situations
- Experience in customer service or security
preferred (training available)
- Most positions require standing for extended periods of time and work in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to travel and work evenings,
weekends, and holidays as needed
